What it is
sergio.nyc is the personal website of Sergio Nahas. Behind its public pages are private tools that he uses to run his own day: an accounting ledger, a delivery tracker and a daily overview called Today. They are built for one person and are not offered to the public.
What it does with Google
Accounting: reads card and bank alert emails under one Gmail label (read-only) and turns them into a ledger of transactions, grouped by merchant and category. His assistant can answer questions about them over WhatsApp.
Deliveries: reads shipping emails from carriers and retailers in the same Gmail account (read-only) and lists what's on the way, with tracking status and expected dates.
Today: reads Google Calendar events from yesterday through the next seven days and shows them next to the weather, habits and journal. When he asks his assistant to put something on his calendar, it creates that event, and it only ever changes events it created.
Who can use it
Only Sergio. Signing in uses a one-time code sent to his own phone, not a Google account, and nobody else can create an account. Once signed in, he connects his own Google accounts from inside the tools, and he can revoke that access at any time from his Google Account.
